What can you expect from us ..
... in the 1st year of apprenticeship:
- The first contact with the guest
- Basic work such as:
▪ Folding napkins
▪ Uncover cutlery and glasses
▪ Polishing glasses and cutlery
- But also responsible activities such as:
▪ Help with the breakfast buffet, as well as with the preparation for the evening service
▪ Event. Supervision of the guest reception
▪ Serving food in the afternoon

... in the 2nd year of apprenticeship:
- Active contact with the guest
▪ Greet guests and escort them to the table
▪ Take orders from guests, enter them into the system and bill them
- But you can also use the specialist knowledge you have already acquired:
▪ Preparation of coffee (barista)
▪ Preparation of drinks
▪ Service of food and beverages

... in the 3rd year of apprenticeship:
- The decisive interaction with the guest:
▪ Guest consultation and consideration of individual wishes
▪ Weinservice
▪ Preparation of cocktails
- Looking after your own ward

- Compliance with the corporate philosophy
- Attending vocational school
- Preparation for the final apprenticeship examination
