What can you expect from us… 

… in your first year of training:

 • Your first interaction with guests 

• Basic tasks such as:

 ▪ Folding napkins 

▪ Setting the table with cutlery and glasses

 ▪ Polishing glasses and cutlery 

• But also responsible tasks such as: 

▪ Assisting with the breakfast buffet and preparing for the evening service 

▪ Possibly assisting with guest reception 

▪ Serving food in the afternoon 

… in the 2nd year of training

• Active interaction with guests

 ▪ Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables 

▪ Taking guests’ orders, entering them into the system, and processing payments

 • But also applying the professional skills you have already learned:

 ▪ Preparing coffee (barista) 

▪ Preparing beverages 

▪ Serving food and beverages 

… in the 3rd year of training

• The crucial interaction with guests: 

▪ Advising guests and accommodating individual requests

 ▪ Wine service 

▪ Preparing cocktails 

• Managing your own station

 • Adherence to the company philosophy 

• Attending vocational school

 • Preparing for the final apprenticeship exam

Requirements

• Successful completion of 9th grade 

• A communicative, creative, and open personality

 • Enthusiasm and a keen interest in your future career

 • Enjoyment of working with people 

• Natural friendliness 

• A flair for language and verbal dexterity 

• Reliability • Enjoyment of working in a team 

• Very good German language skills 

• Good English skills

 • Professional appearance

 • An interest in long-term employment with the company
