Cook (m/f/d)
Summer / Winter Season
Österreich, Salzburg, Region Obertauern
Description
Join our kitchen team in Obertauern!
For the 2026/2027 winter season, we’re looking for a dedicated chef (m/f/d) for the Hotel Alpina Group.
You’ll work at our 4** Hotel Alpina** and—depending on the schedule—at our new Alpina’s Beds & Boots. Together with our executive chef, two sous chefs, and a motivated team, you’ll ensure the highest quality and a truly special dining experience for our guests every day.
We operate according to the Alpina Way —a combination of genuine hospitality, clear structures, and modern kitchen organization. Together with Andreas Lechner and CoCo Cooking Concept, we are constantly refining our culinary offerings. Standardized recipes, efficient production processes, and a respectful team environment form the foundation for consistently high quality.
Depending on your experience, you can take on various kitchen roles—from breakfast service to production and evening service. We support versatile chefs who enjoy developing their skills and taking on responsibility.
If you enjoy working as part of a team, have a structured approach to cooking, and would like to become part of a modern hotel operation, we look forward to getting to know you.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Completed training as a chef or equivalent professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry
- A passion for fresh, high-quality cuisine and authentic culinary craftsmanship
- A structured, clean, and reliable work style
- High standards of quality and hygiene (HACCP)
- Ability to work well in a team, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure and a calm, solution-oriented work style—even in stressful service situations
- Willingness to take on various kitchen duties (breakfast, mise en place, production, and evening service)
- Good German language skills for communicating within the team (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Our Alpina Mindset
We’re not looking for lone wolves, but rather team players who, together with their colleagues, give their best every day.
You enjoy working within a clearly structured kitchen system, understand that standardized recipes and defined processes are the foundation for consistently high quality, and are committed to your ongoing professional development.
Together with our executive chef, as well as Andreas Lechner and CoCo Cooking Concept, we are constantly refining our cuisine. Openness to new ideas, mutual respect, reliability, and a joy in working together are just as important to us as professional expertise.
If you love to cook, are willing to take on responsibility, and would like to become part of a motivated kitchen team, we look forward to receiving your application.
