Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere. For the coming summer season 2024 - and also for the following winter - we are looking for a Commis de cuisine(m/f/d) for our hotel restaurant. - Support the kitchen crew (entremetier area) - Production, preparation and serving of side dishes and soups - Careful and responsible handling of food and the various raw materials - Compliance with and assurance of operational standards - Ensuring HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- completed vocational training as a cook - good language skills in German and English - independent and motivated work, willingness to learn - resilience, reliability and ability to work in a team
