Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated and talented employees for our Casual Luxury Nidum Hotel who can ensure our discerning guests have an unforgettable stay.

...here are some of your responsibilities:

• Check in, Check out
• Assisting guests during their stay
• Point of contact for guest and partner requests and questions
• Handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, such as: answering the phone, managing lists, organizing outings, handling the morning mail, planning the daily menu, and posting notices
• Processing incoming reservation requests and reservations 
• Using the ASA Hotel Software

• Diligent forwarding of information to the appropriate authorities

• Well-groomed appearance

• First professional experience as a receptionist
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
