Description
We are still looking for a cook for our family-run mountain hotel at 1,200m in a secluded location above Zell am See.
You cook with love and passion, the preparation of regional dishes such asWiener Schnitzel, Kasnockn, roast pork, etc. is no problem for you.
The majority of our products come from our own farm and hunting grounds , making the hearts of many chefs and of course our guests beat faster.
The following positions are available in our kitchen team:

Requirements
You bring a breath of fresh air and modern drive - we're always open to that too. Do you also enjoy reinterpreting buffets every day, spicing them up with vegetarian delicacies and making them a culinary highlight for your guests?
Around 80 hotel guests can be spoiled for breakfast and dinner. In our restaurant with sun terrace we also serve à la carte guests during the day (12.00-20.00).
As a cook at our family-run Berghotel Jaga-Alm, you will work very closely with your colleagues, as we are a small team with a great team spirit. You will coordinate various tasks (orders, goods control, HACCP guidelines, work processes, etc.) independently and with responsibility.
In the past years you have already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in the Austrian kitchen and the German language is NO challenge for you, you speak it at least at B2 level.
As our kitchen is open to the buffet on one side (show kitchen), you will also be in direct contact with our guests, who will be happy to be convinced and impressed by you during the preparation of the dishes.
