YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Independent management of a kitchen post
• Daily preparation of the mise en place
• The high-quality preparation and presentation of food in compliance with our service standards at the respective station
• Guest care in the spirit of our company DNA: GUEST(!)lichkeit, FREUND(!)lichkeit, HERZ(!)lichkeit
• Imparting knowledge and skills to young chefs and apprentices
• Inventory control
• Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
• Monitoring and compliance with statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP)

FOR THIS YOU BRING

• completed vocational training as a chef or confectioner
• Professional experience an advantage
• Affinity for trends in the industry
• High service and quality are just as important to you as the implementation of high standards
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
• High level of commitment and resilience
• Good knowledge of German
