YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent management of one's own position
• The high-quality preparation and presentation of food in accordance with our service standards at the respective station
• Ordering goods from the chef for the station
• Contribute to menu planning
• Guest service in line with our company DNA: HOSPITALITY, FRIENDLINESS, WARMTH
• Preparation and cooking of our high-quality desserts to the satisfaction of our guests
• Teaching knowledge and skills to young chefs and apprentices
• Joint responsibility for ensuring smooth organization and workflows throughout the kitchen area
• Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations (HACCP)

FOR THIS, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chef or pastry chef, or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in making, processing, and serving sweet dishes, cakes, and desserts
• High level of expertise and ability to work in a team
• An independent and autonomous approach to work
• High level of commitment and resilience
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy your work
• Organizational and planning skills
• Creativity and flexibility
• Affinity for industry trends
• Quality awareness and enthusiasm for the profession
• Good knowledge of German or English
