YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Close cooperation with the restaurant manager and representation on days off
• Employee management in accordance with the SeeRosen guiding principles
• Ensuring employee satisfaction and their further development
• Synchronization and assurance of service processes at 4-star level
• Guest care in the spirit of our company DNA: GUEST(!)lichkeit, FREUND(!)lichkeit, HERZ(!)lichkeit
• Efficient planning and organization of the restaurant team
• Ensuring excellence in the quality of food and beverages
• Professional and sales-oriented advice for guests
• Personnel requirements planning and rostering for the department
• Leading regular service meetings and pre-shift briefings
• Compliance with and safeguarding of HACCP guidelines and cleaning plans

FOR THIS YOU BRING

• Several years of management experience in a corresponding function
• Professional experience with enthusiastic leadership skills
• Completed training & further education in the hospitality/hotel industry
• Role model function with hands-on mentality, solution orientation and discretion
• Passion for wine culture and sound sommelier knowledge
• Very good specialist knowledge in the areas of spirits, coffee and tea
• Very well organized, independent and structured way of working
• We expect a confident and friendly demeanor, as well as a well-groomed appearance as the second in charge of the restaurant
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Willingness for personal development
