Head Waiter (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sharing responsibility and ensuring a smooth service process
• Providing professional advice to our guests on their own ward
• Conversational sales advice at the table regarding daily specials, wines, and digestifs
• Guest service that embodies our company’s DNA: HOSPITALITY, FRIENDLINESS, WARMTH
• Proper and responsible management of the cash register
• Training new employees, temporary staff, and interns.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING

• Successful completion of vocational training as a waiter/waitress or restaurant specialist, or equivalent qualifications
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
• Extensive expertise in beverages and wine
• An independent and self-directed approach to work
• A strong commitment to customer service, high reliability, and a meticulous approach to work
• High level of commitment and resilience
• A commitment to quality and a passion for the profession
• Excellent German and good English skills
