• Sharing responsibility and ensuring a smooth service process
• Professional advice for our guests on our own ward
• Communicative sales advice at the table with daily recommendations, wines and digestifs
• Guest care in the spirit of our company DNA: GUEST(!)lichkeit, FREUND(!)lichkeit, HERZ(!)lichkeit
• Proper and responsible management of the cash register
• Induction of new employees, temporary staff and trainees.

FOR THIS YOU BRING

• Successfully completed vocational training as a waiter/waitress or restaurant specialist or comparable qualifications
• At least 2 years of professional experience in gastronomy desirable
• High level of expertise in beverage and wine knowledge
• An independent and autonomous way of working
• Absolute service orientation, high reliability and a careful way of working
• High level of commitment and resilience
• Quality awareness and enthusiasm for the profession
• Very good German and good English skills
