Requirements
Your Responsibilities as a Gardemanger
- Preparing appetizers and amuse-bouches
- Preparing vinaigrettes, dips, garnishes, and flavored oils
- Ensuring the best possible flavor and quality of all products prepared at this station
Your Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef
- Preparing and making desserts for the evening menu
- Proper and professional handling of ingredients
Your responsibilities in both areas:
- Independent organization and management of the assigned kitchen area, as well as providing technical guidance to the team
- Receiving and inspecting goods
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)
