First house of choice in Murau, Upper Styria - annual or seasonal position
In the heart of the old town of Murau, our historic hotel has stood for family hospitality and coziness for over 300 years. Immerse yourself and share our passion for the region with its open and hidden beauties.
The team is led by Anna Lercher, a young internationally trained hotelier, and head chef Daniele Leitner, who cooked for Heinz Reitbauer at the Steirereck in Vienna for many years.
Become part of our team and spoil our guests with Styrian cuisine, Austrian variety and your love of good taste - for a special guest experience.
Requirements
- completed gastronomic training and relevant work experience
- Very good knowledge of German
- physical fitness and health
- A sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ideally experience in a traditional, family-run business with à la carte restaurant and hotel guests
- Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage rooms
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Open-mindedness and flexibility
- Enjoyment and desire to cook with fresh and seasonal food
- Supporting the head chef in menu design
- Compliance with HACCP regulations
