Kitchen assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Active participation in the preparation of à la carte dishes
• Supporting the kitchen team in all kitchen tasks
• Preparation work (washing, cutting, portioning food)
• Assisting with plating and serving food
• Handling and preparing takeaway orders
• Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
• Cleaning and tidying the kitchen, storage rooms, and cold rooms
• Compliance with all hygiene and cleanliness standards (HACCP)

• Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

   

Your profile

• Experience as a kitchen assistant or in the catering industry is an advantage
• Interest in working in an à la carte kitchen
• Clean, reliable, and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and resilience, even during peak times
• Awareness of hygiene and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility with working hours
• Enjoy working in a small, family-like business
