So I'm applying to you - we are a team of over 35 employees, your kitchen brigade includes 9 trained chefs and 4 dishwashers. We are a daytime-only operation with exclusive evening events - on average 2 per week in the summer season and one per week in the winter season! Otherwise, you are finished with your job by 18:00 at the latest! If desired, even as an annual position with at least 8 weeks of vacation per year - where else can you get that? Right, with us! Since our head chef will be retiring in about 5 years, we are looking for personalities, also from the second row - who will relieve the current head chef and will be rewarded accordingly!
