Your Responsibilities

As a cosmetologist with us, you’ll be the primary point of contact for beauty and well-being—with the freedom to provide personalized guest care and the highest level of professionalism at the spa: 

• Professional facial and body treatments, baths, body scrubs, manicures, and pedicures
• Personalized, warm hospitality and guidance for our guests
• Active product sales and targeted cross-selling
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in your cabin
• Shared responsibility for maintaining a neat and tidy appearance throughout the entire spa area

Your Profile

You impress not only with your professional skills but also with your personality—with a genuine enthusiasm for wellness, high standards of quality, and a love for working with people:

• Completed vocational training as a state-certified or recognized cosmetologist
• Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a comparable hotel category
• A friendly, open-minded person with genuine hospitality and a passion for their work
• A well-groomed appearance and a confident demeanor
• A positive demeanor, professionalism, and a clear focus on our guests' well-being
• Excellent German and good English skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Knowledge of Maria Galland, QMS, or Ligne St. Barth products is a plus
