We are expanding our team with a MASSAGE THERAPIST (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
As a massage therapist with us, you’ll be the main point of contact for relaxation and rejuvenation—bringing sensitivity, professional expertise, and the flexibility to address the individual needs of our guests:
- Professional provision of traditional massages and other treatment techniques
- Use of additional massage techniques such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Ayurveda, or sports massage (depending on qualifications)
- Warm and knowledgeable advice for our guests on wellness treatments, products, and spa offerings
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the treatment rooms and throughout the entire spa area
- Shared responsibility for ensuring compliance with and further developing our SPA quality standards
Your Profile
You impress not only with your professional skills, but also with your personality—with a genuine enthusiasm for wellness, high standards of quality, and a love of working with people:
- Completed vocational training as a massage therapist or physical therapist
- Work experience in a similar position, ideally at a hotel of a similar category
- Additional training (e.g., Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi Nui) is a plus
- Friendly, empathetic, and communicative personality
- A neat and well-groomed appearance and a professional, organized approach to work
- A passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic well-being
- Excellent command of German and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and a strong understanding of hygiene and safety
