Requirements
Management tasks: Responsible for the entire kitchen area. Creating the written duty rosters. Organizing and leading the kitchen crew. Assisting employees as an advisor and coach if required. Participation in team leader meetings. Professional tasks: Responsible for: Organize, manage and supervise production department. Control of daily meals including breakfast buffet. Achieving and maintaining standards in the kitchen area. Creating a correct meal plan for the employees. Orders in the kitchen area. Organizing the receipt and control of goods deliveries for the kitchen area. Keeping food stocks in line with the number of guests. Careful handling and storage of all food, cleaning materials and kitchen equipment. Hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area. Control of costs and adherence to budget figures in the kitchen area. Ongoing training and further training of employees. Various preparatory work at the start and end of the season.
