For our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Taxacher in beautiful Kirchberg in Tyrol, we are looking for a motivated and responsible head chef (m/f/d) to lead our kitchen team with passion and expertise.

Your tasks

• Leadership & development - motivation, guidance and further development of the entire kitchen team
• Culinary focus - focus on Austrian cuisine and selected international classics
• Resilience & overview - you keep calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Professional appearance - well-groomed appearance and confident, guest-oriented behavior
• Quality management - ensuring and implementing all hygiene, safety and quality standards (HACCP)
• Purchasing responsibility - forward-looking planning, control and implementation of goods purchasing
• Guest orientation - target-oriented work for a first-class culinary experience for our guests

Your profile

• Professional experience - experience as a chef or sous chef in a quality-oriented kitchen operation
• Passion & creativity - you cook with heart and bring new ideas to the kitchen
• Sense of responsibility - Independent and reliable way of working with an eye for the big picture
• Leadership skills - you lead your team with clarity, motivation and appreciation
• Hygiene standards - Strict adherence to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines is a matter of course for you
• Communication skills - Very good German language skills for clear processes and team communication
• Solution-oriented - you grasp situations quickly and act efficiently and pragmatically
• Structure & order - Precise, clean work and an organized workplace are basic requirements for you
