For our charming tavern and restaurant, the AlpenStub’n, located in the heart of the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge in charming Altaussee, we are currently seeking a dedicated**head chef(m/f/d)** with a passion for regional cuisine, quality, and authentic culinary experiences. The AlpenStub’n is the heart of our Hagan Lodge “hut village” and offers our guests a cozy dining experience in a special atmosphere—for both lodge guests and visitors from outside.

Your Responsibilities

• Kitchen Management – Responsibility for mise en place and the preparation of all dishes
• A focus on Austrian cuisine —as well as international classics
• Resilience and flexibility —you’ll keep everything under control even in hectic situations
• A neat and professional appearance —your calling card in the kitchen
• Ensuring and maintaining compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
• FoodOrdering – Planning, Ordering, and Monitoring Food Supplies
• A Focused Approach —To Provide Our Guests with a First-Class Culinary Experience
• Support from a Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) – Efficient Teamwork

Your Profile

• Experience as a chef – in-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry
• Passion and creativity —they bring ideas and flavor to the plate
