Are you a creative mind with a penchant for extraordinary culinary experiences? In our charming restaurant in Zell am See, which combines Austrian tradition with international flair, we are looking for a real trailblazer who breaks new ground and works with us to implement innovative ideas. With around 40 seats, a small but fine ambience and a focus on quality, regionality and tradition, we want to offer our guests unforgettable culinary delights.

**Your challenges:**

- Creating and implementing innovative food and drink creations that surprise and delight our guests

- Management of a dynamic service team

- Personal support and individual advice

- Developing and maintaining an exclusive wine and drinks list that perfectly complements our cuisine

- Responsibility for maintaining the highest quality standards and hygiene regulations

**Your profile:**

- You have extensive experience in gastronomy

- You are creative and always strive to set new trends and take innovative paths.

- You are comfortable leading and motivating teams and are able to motivate your employees

- You have a good knowledge of wine and the optimal pairing of drinks.

- You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
