Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall Responsibility: Assume overall responsibility for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
- Staff Management: Leading, motivating, and training the service team, including scheduling and monitoring work hours.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring an excellent guest experience through personalized service and resolving customer complaints.
- Quality Management: Monitoring compliance with all hygiene standards and quality guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing ordering processes, inventory management, and stocktaking, as well as ensuring optimal product availability.
- Marketing and Events: Planning and executing marketing initiatives and special events to promote the restaurant.
- Communication: Maintaining close collaboration with the kitchen, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
