Your area of responsibility
- Host of our restaurant together with the management
- Management of the restaurant operation and support of the service team
- Professional wine consulting
- possible management of own service station with collection
- Responsible leadership and promotion of employees
- Roster creation
- Intensive communication and coordination with other departments
- Responsibility for a neat and clean work area
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards

Your competences
- Completed restaurant/hotel training with several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Sound technical knowledge and good wine knowledge
- Motivational and empathic leadership skills
- Sales and organizational skills
- Professional and confident appearance as well as well-groomed manners
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- Completed restaurant/hotel training with several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Sound technical knowledge and good wine knowledge
