As head waiter, you are host, team leader and quality manager all rolled into one. With professionalism, clarity and empathy, you ensure that our service team delivers top performance and that our guests enjoy a culinary experience at the highest level:

• You lead the service team with personality and competence - motivating, forward-looking and always at eye level.
• You are right in the middle of the action instead of just being there: you coordinate the smooth running of the entire restaurant and bar area and also lend a hand yourself if necessary.
• You are a host with a role model function: you welcome our guests warmly, recognize special needs and create real feel-good moments.
• You willbe responsible for duty and shift planning, keep an eye on capacities and ensure that resources are allocated fairly and efficiently - in compliance with all legal and operational requirements.
• Youensure clear structures and clean processes: you coordinate regularly with reception and the kitchen, communicate actively within the team and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Youaccept complaints professionally, find solution-oriented answers and actively contribute to the positive image of the hotel.
• You design and optimize service processes on an ongoing basis, contribute new ideas and support the further development of our gastronomic offering.
• You will be responsible for compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP), stock control and order coordination.
• You are the link between the team, kitchen and management - professional, clear and at eye level.
