Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

-Central point of contact in service: As head waiter, you are the first point of contact for our guests in the restaurant area and, together with your team, ensure that every guest feels welcome, valued and well looked after. You play a key role in ensuring that their stay with us is an all-round positive experience - from the first friendly greeting to the last digestive.

- Coordination and overview: You maintain an overview of the entire service process, coordinate your service team and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You have orders, table plans and guest requests under control at all times - with great attention to detail and a real flair for quality and hospitality.

-Team leadership and cooperation: As the link between service and kitchen, you work closely with all areas, support your team in daily service and ensure a positive and motivating working atmosphere with your leadership skills. You are not only a role model, but also a mentor for new colleagues.

-Personal responsibility and development: you shape your area of responsibility with initiative, heart and mind. We give you the freedom to develop yourself and contribute your ideas - be it to improve processes, train the team or further develop our service concept.
