We are strengthening our team with an OBERKELLNER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel
Location: STOCK *****s resort in FinkenbergGuest capacity: approx. 300Number of employees: approx. 180, including 35 in the bar and restaurant area
Your tasks
- Management of the restaurant & bar area in our first-class 5-star S hotel
- Leadership & motivation of the team
- Active wine advice & sales
- Creation & monitoring of table plans and efficient duty planning
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience at the highest level
- Professional handling of guest feedback & complaints
- Ensuring the smooth running of the operational business
- Organization & implementation of internal training courses
- Compliance with HACCP quality standards on your ward
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between departments
- Supervision and training of apprentices and trainees
Your profile
- Several years of experience in this position & in this hotel category
- Outstanding host qualities & a keen sense of service excellence with in-depth wine knowledge
- Enjoy working with people & love the job
- Professional appearance, ability to work under pressure & a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong leadership, organizational skills & a motivating approach to employees
- Business management thinking & acting
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English, other languages an advantage
