- Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensuring smooth operations in the HR department
- Good relationship with management through active communication and strategic, independent work
- Responsibility for the recruiting process, including active sourcing and personnel housing management
- Close cooperation with the payroll accounting company
- Close cooperation and exchange with all department heads
- Conducting employee appraisals with individual personnel development
- Designing active HR marketing campaigns, including social media
- Promotion of our corporate culture and setting new impulses
- Creation and adherence to the personnel budget
