What can you expect from us?

  • Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring smooth operations in the HR department
  • Good relationship with management through active communication and strategic, independent work
  • Responsibility for the recruiting process, including active sourcing and personnel housing management
  • Close cooperation with the payroll accounting company
  • Close cooperation and exchange with all department heads
  • Conducting employee appraisals with individual personnel development
  • Designing active HR marketing campaigns, including social media
  • Promotion of our corporate culture and setting new impulses
  • Creation and adherence to the personnel budget
