We carefully prepare rooms for upcoming weddings or birthdays and surprise our guests with little treats and lovingly decorated rooms. Thanks to us, our guests can sleep peacefully through the night, as we always bring them their favorite pillows. Our attentive service is one of the things that makes the WASNERIN feeling tangible for our guests.

As our deputy housekeeper , you will act as a cleanliness ambassador, ensuring the well-being of our guests and enabling them to enjoy a relaxing break. With your keen eye for cleanliness and detail and your friendly manner toward our guests and colleagues, you will make DIE WASNERIN shine.
Requirements
- You already have experience in this position in the upscale hotel industry
- You enjoy working in a team, can motivate your employees, and are also willing to lend a hand when necessary
- High quality awareness with an eye for detail
- You have a high awareness of cleanliness
- Competent and team-oriented personality
- Independent and clean working style
- Very good German language skills
- High level of guest service
- General support for the 15-member housekeeping team (2 days/week fixed room cleaning service)
- Proper maintenance and cleanliness with regard to property cleaning
- Compliance with the hotel's cleaning standards
- Flexible assistance in other areas
- Exemplifying and adhering to the company philosophy
