We are looking for an experienced and qualified Reception Manager / Deputy Manager (m/f/d) to join our motivated and dedicated front office team from mid-February 2026.

Your tasks:
- Technical and organizational management of the front office team
- Representing the hotel management during their absence and taking on operational management tasks
- Ensuring excellent and smooth guest service throughout the reception area
- Yield management and optimization of room occupancy
- Providing professional support, advice, and a warm welcome to our guests
- Responsibility for reservations and professional complaint management
- Training, coaching, and continuous development of new and existing team members
- Monitoring, compliance, and further development of all work and quality standards
Active sales and upselling of hotel services to increase guest satisfaction and revenue
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in front office, ideally in a management position
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of guest contact
- Organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team spirit, resilience, and a professional demeanor
- Confident use of hotel software (e.g., Fidelio) and channel management systems (e.g., SiteMinder)
- Knowledge of Websline is an advantage
- Experience with SmartHost and GuestNet is desirable but not essential
- Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
