Requirements
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Office Organization:
- Responsible for the efficient organization of the hotel management office, including scheduling, meeting coordination and travel planning.
2. Communication:
- First point of contact for internal and external communication with hotel management, answering calls, handling emails and forwarding important messages accordingly.
3. Document management:
- Manage hotel management documents and records, including reports, correspondence, contracts and other important documentation to ensure proper organization, updating and archiving.
4. Meeting and Event Support:
- Prepare for meetings and events, including reserving rooms, preparing materials and taking minutes during meetings.
5. Human Resources Management:
- Support in personnel matters such as application processes, training organization and communication of internal policies and procedures.
6. Project Management:
- Participate in the implementation of hotel management projects or initiatives, such as renovations, marketing campaigns or other strategic projects.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
- Preparing reports, analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvements or strategic decisions to increase the efficiency of the hotel.
8. Confidential matters:
- Responsibly handling confidential information and maintaining the privacy of guests, employees and internal business matters.
