To strengthen our spa team, we are looking for a massage therapist / wellness therapist (m/f/d) with a passion for holistic care, professional treatments, and first-class service.

• Start Date: Immediately
• €2,850.00 gross per month + Christmas and vacation bonuses

Your Profile:

• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• EU-Citizenship
• Completed training as a massage therapist, medical massage therapist, wellness therapist, or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications (e.g., lymphatic drainage, sports massage, hot stone) are a plus
• Professional experience in a similar position and at similar companies in the luxury segment is desirable
• A well-groomed appearance and professional manners
• Strong focus on service and guests, discretion, and empathy
• an independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills

Your responsibilities:

As part of our spa team, you'll ensure that our guests enjoy the ultimate in relaxation.

• Professional delivery of our massage and wellness treatments
• Performing body scrubs and body wraps
• Personalized consultation and tailoring of treatments to the needs of our guests
• Recommending and actively selling spa treatments and skincare products
• Preparation and cleanup of treatment rooms in accordance with the highest hygiene and quality standards
• Responsibility for maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper care of all work materials and equipment
• Checking and Replenishing Supplies
• Helping to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire spa area
• Assistance with managing the spa reception desk, scheduling appointments, and handling guest correspondence
• Processing payments and providing professional service to our day spa guests
• Close collaboration with the hotel front desk and the entire spa team
