We are strengthening our team with a MASSAGE THERAPIST (m/f/d) starting May 11, 2026.

Your responsibilities

As a massage therapist, you will be the central point of contact for relaxation and regeneration—with a great deal of sensitivity, professional expertise, and space to respond to the individual needs of our guests:

• Professional performance of classic massages and other treatment techniques
• Application of additional massages such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Ayurveda, or sports massages (depending on qualifications)
• Warm and competent advice for our guests on wellness treatments, products, and spa offers
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the cabins and throughout the entire spa area
• Joint responsibility for compliance with and further development of our SPA quality standards

Your profile

You impress not only with your professional skills, but also with your personality—with genuine enthusiasm for wellness, high quality standards, and a love of working with people:

• Completed professional training as a massage therapist or physical therapist
• Work experience in a comparable position, ideally in a comparable hotel category
• Additional training (e.g., Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi Nui) is an advantage
• Friendly, empathetic, and communicative personality
• Well-groomed appearance & professional, structured approach to work
• Passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic well-being
• Very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and high level of hygiene and safety awareness
