Description

We are strengthening our team with an EVENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d) 
 
Your responsibilities
  • Planning and supervision of hotel events and celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, seminars, and company parties, as well as our STOCK Hit Weeks (yoga weeks, sports weeks, business events)
  • Coordination and planning of the annual music schedule
  • Preparing offers for seminars and celebrations, as well as working in our reservations department or front office team
  • During the events, you will be the personal contact person for our guests.
  • House tours and customer consultations on site
  • Processing guest feedback using questionnaires and managing portals such as Tripadvisor, Holidaycheck, etc. 

 

Your profile
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or event management, or previous experience in a similar position
  • Independent working style
  • Knowledge of the hotel software Protel & Reguest would be nice, but is not a must.
  • Well-groomed appearance, good knowledge of German, and excellent manners

This position is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry plus all overtime, bonuses and statutory social benefits. KV overpayments are possible depending on your qualification profile.
