We are strengthening our team with aYOUTH WORKER (m/f/d) starting May 11, 2026.

Your responsibilities
No two days are the same: with passion, energy, and lots of ideas, you will actively help shape our young guests' vacations and ensure they have fun, stay safe, and enjoy special experiences:
- Professional supervision and entertainment for our young guests (aged 3 and above)
- Organization and implementation of a varied weekly program in the teen area
- Accompanying young people to cool outdoor activities such as escape rooms, go-karting, laser tag, and much more.
- Supervision in the hotel's own Action Park with trail park, ball sports hall, trampolines, and skate ramp
- Promoting team spirit, a thirst for adventure, and sporting ambition among young people
- Organization and implementation of a varied weekly program in the children's area
- Supervision in the kids' club with creative craft sessions and exciting games
- Accompanying children on outdoor activities such as horseback riding, walks, and discovery tours in the great outdoors, as well as gondola rides on the Penkenberg mountain.
- Ensuring a safe environment where children and young people feel comfortable
- Bring our STOCKI mascot to life and dance with the children (max. 15 minutes)
- Contact person for our young guests and their parents

- Class B driver's license

- This position is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry plus all overtime, bonuses and statutory social benefits. KV overpayments are possible depending on your qualification profile.
