Barkeeper (m/w/d)

We are strengthening our team with a BARMAID (m/f/d) starting May 11, 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Warm hospitality and expert advice for our guests
• Active participation at the bar – both in front of and behind the bar
• Professional preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as creative cocktails
• Proactive beverage recommendations and sales-oriented service
• Close cooperation with the bar's management team
• Joint responsibility for the cash inventory
• Assistance during evening service in the restaurant
• mise en place activities
• Careful preparation and follow-up work, including office tasks
• Compliance with all HACCP quality and hygiene standards on your ward

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a comparable position
• Enthusiasm for working with people and genuine passion for the profession
• Team player with an open personality, charm, and a high level of service awareness
• Strong communication skills and confident manner
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Reliable, clean, and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
