We are expanding our team with a MARKETING ASSISTANT SPECIALIZING IN GRAPHIC DESIGN & PURCHASING (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

• 🎨 Design and production of graphics, advertisements, flyers, printed materials, and other promotional materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• 📱 Graphic design and ongoing updates to marketing and communications materials for print and online
• 🛒 Ordering, purchasing, and production management for promotional materials, merchandising items, printed materials, and giveaways
• 💰 Soliciting and comparing quotes, and coordinating with suppliers, agencies, and printing companies
• 📦 Production coordination and quality control —from inquiry to delivery
• 📣 Support in implementing marketing campaigns and seasonal communication initiatives
• 📋 Independent organization and execution of projects in accordance with management's objectives
• 🎉 Assistance with events and special projects at the STOCK resort

Your Profile  

• ✨Completed training in graphic design, marketing, media design, communication, or a comparable specialized qualification
• ✨ Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• ✨ Creative flair and a keen eye for design, typography, and details
• ✨ Enjoyment in the creation and production of high-quality promotional materials
• ✨ Strong organizational skills and a structured, precise, and independent work style
• ✨ Business acumen and a keen sense of pricing, quality, and suppliers
• ✨ Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with internal departments and external partners
• ✨ Strong writing skills and a good feel for language are a plus
• ✨ Good written and spoken English skills
• ✨ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• ✨ Team spirit, reliability, and a passion for contributing your own ideas
