• Operational Management and Organization of the Front Desk and Reservations
• The warm hospitality you provide and your role as a host on-site —you are the face of eva,Hotels
• Processing incoming reservation requests, bookings, and guest correspondence
• Handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile that leaves a lasting impression
• Maintaining and managing our modern guest databases— Big Data rocks!
• The active marketing and sale of our hotel offers, packages, and special promotions
• Coordinating personalized guest experiences—you manage real #evamoments
• Handling complaints—whether online or in "real life"—with tact and a focus on solutions
• Maintaining our booking systems, channel managers, and online platforms
• Close collaboration with all departments—you’re the internal information hub
• Support with sales and marketing campaigns and with setting up our revenue management system
• Planning and implementing sales promotion activities in collaboration with the marketing team 

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, a degree from a hotel management school, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in reception or customer service
• German and English required
• Experience with the “Protel”hotel and reservations software  
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to quickly grasp concepts in this field
