• The warm hospitality and your role as host on site—you are the face of eva,Hotels.
• Processing incoming reservation requests, bookings, and guest correspondence
• Performing check-ins and check-outs with a smile that lasts
• Maintaining and managing our modern guest records – Big Data rocks!
• The active marketing and sale of our hotel offers, packages, and special promotions
• Coordinating individual guest experiences – you manage real #evamoments
• Handling complaints—online or in real life—with tact and a focus on finding solutions
• Maintaining our booking systems, channel managers, and online platforms
• Close cooperation with all departments—you are the internal information hub
• Support with sales and marketing campaigns and with setting up our revenue management system
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures in collaboration with the marketing team 

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE POINTS IN YOUR FIELD...

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry, successful completion of a hotel management school or similar professional experience
• Experience in reception or customer service
• Native German speaker with good English language skills required
• Experience with Protelhotel and reservation software is an advantage
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) & quick comprehension in this area
