• The warm hospitality and your role as a host on-site —you are the face of eva,Hotels
• Processing incoming reservation requests, bookings, and guest correspondence
• Handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile that leaves a lasting impression
• Maintaining and managing our modern guest databases – Big Data rocks!
• The active marketing and sale of our hotel offers, packages, and special promotions
• Coordinating personalized guest experiences – you create genuine #evamoments
• Handling complaints—whether online or in person—with tact and a focus on finding solutions
• Maintaining our booking systems, channel managers, and online platforms
• Close collaboration with all departments – you’re the internal hub for information
• Support for sales and marketing campaigns, as well as for the development of our revenue management system
• Planning and implementing sales promotion initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team 

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, a degree from a hotel management school, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in reception or customer service
• Native German speaker with good English language skills required
• Experience with the "Protel"hotel and reservation software is a plus
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn quickly in this field
