• Cordial guest care and your role as host on site - you are the face of eva,Hotels
• Processing incoming reservation inquiries, bookings and guest correspondence
• Carrying out check-ins & check-outs with a smile that lasts
• Maintaining and managing our modern guest files - big data rocks!
• The active marketing and sale of our hotel offers, packages and special promotions
• Coordinating individual guest experiences - you manage real #evamoments
• Handling complaints - online or in "real life" - with tact and a solution-oriented approach
• Maintaining our booking systems, channel managers and online platforms
• Close cooperation with all departments - you are the internal information hub
• Support in sales & marketing campaigns and in setting up our revenue management system
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures in collaboration with the marketing team

YOU SCORE PROFESSIONAL POINTS WITH THAT..

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry, positive completion of a hotel management school or similar professional experience
• Experience in reception or customer service
• Native German speaker and good English language skills required
• Experience with hotel & reservation software "Protel" an advantage
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) & quick comprehension in this area
