To round out our front desk team, we are currently seeking a dedicated night shift employee (m/f/d) for 40 hours per week!

Requirements

Completed training in the hospitality industry or equivalent professional experience
Experience in the front office is a plus
Excellent German and English language skills
Proficiency with hotel software (e.g., Protel is a plus)
Independent, reliable, and organized work style
Friendly, professional demeanor
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Your Responsibilities

Handling check-ins and check-outs
Assisting and advising our international guests during the night
Responsibility for cash management and daily closings
Preparing reports and financial statements
Ensuring smooth operations during the night
Close collaboration with the front desk and other departments
Point of contact for emergencies and special guest requests

Language skills

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full time (5 days)

Work experience: 1 Jahr

Employment relationship: Permanent contract

Monthly salary: 2250 €
Salary type: gross
Additional salary information: This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified under pay grade 3. We offer a gross monthly salary of €2,250.00. In addition to an attractive, qualification-based salary, you will receive additional night shift premiums in accordance with applicable regulations.
