Night duty (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our team with a NIGHT PORTER (m/f/d) starting May 11.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspection and security rounds throughout the building
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Monitoring of all security-related areas
• Performing daily closing procedures and carefully checking invoices
• Check-in and check-out of our guests during the night
• Competent support and first point of contact for our guests during the night
• Complete transfer of all relevant information to the early shift
• Preparation and follow-up work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Your profile

• Work experience in a comparable position
• Impeccable reputation
• Independent, responsible way of working
• 2–5 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
