For our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Alpendorf (Salzburgerland) we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Receptionist** (m/f/d). You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated and familiar team. We offer you a varied and challenging job.

Your tasks

• Service-oriented and attentive - Personal and professional care for our guests - from arrival to departure
• Share insider knowledge - advice on excursion destinations, hikes and activities in the region - you know the best insider tips
• Strong sales on the phone - processing reservation requests and active telephone sales
• Design individual offers - Creation of tailor-made offers for unforgettable stays
• Organized and reliable - Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Numerate and precise - preparation of invoices and careful processing of payments
