We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **employee to join our reception team** at our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Arlberg.

Your responsibilities

• Individual and courteous service for our guests
• Expert advice on excursions and hikes in the region
• Proactive sales advice on the phone and handling guest inquiries
• Creation of personalized offers based on our guests' requests
• Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures
• Invoice generation and reliable payment processing

Your profile

• Written and spoken German and English
