Front office · Reservations · Sales Start: April or May 2026 | Full-time position | 30–40 hours per week | 5 days per week
Taking responsibility – in the midst of everyday operations
Do you enjoy working with guests, keeping track of things , and want more responsibility without leaving the front desk? At our hotel, the front office, reservations, and sales are organized across departments. You will actively engage with guests, coordinate reservations and processes, and bring structure to daily operations.
👉 Not a traditional management position —but a role with responsibility, oversight, and creative freedom.
Your responsibilities
- Operational reception service (check-in/check-out, guest services)
- Overview of reservations, arrivals, and departures
- Support with sales and quotation issues
- Maintenance and control of reservation and guest data
- Collaboration with management
- Collaboration on the optimization of processes and standards
- Working independently in the front office – including when working alone
What you bring to the table
- Several years of experience at the reception desk
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Good computer skills & structured working style
- Good general knowledge & refined manners
- Team orientation, personal responsibility, and accuracy
- Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented thinking
- Flexibility & professional service focus
Working hours & planning
- Early shifts starting at 8:00 a.m.
- Late shifts until approximately 7:00 p.m.
- Weekend shifts are a fixed component
- Days off mainly during the week
- Team scheduling: clear coordination & reliability
