YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- High-quality guest reception and guest care
- Processing daily reservation requests and correspondence
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handoffs
- Communication between the front office and other departments within the hotel
- Supporting sales promotion initiatives
