YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Highly attentive guest reception and guest service
• Processing daily reservation requests and correspondence 
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information during shift handoffs 
• Communication between the front office and other departments within the hotel 
• Supporting sales promotion initiatives
