Receptionist (m/f/d)

all year round

Österreich, Tirol

Description

For us, the front desk is more than just a workplace.

This is where first impressions are made—and often where the most wonderful reunions take place.

You’ll welcome our guests with a genuine smile, listen attentively to their needs, and ensure they feel well taken care of from the very first moment. If this is exactly what brings you joy, then you’re a perfect fit for us.

Starting May 11 or by agreement, we’re looking for you as a Receptionist (m/f/d) for a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:

  • You warmly welcome our guests and assist them from check-in through to departure
  • You are the first point of contact for questions, requests, and concerns—big or small
  • You actively advise our guests on spa treatments and ensure appropriate scheduling
  • You handle inquiries and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • You will handle payments, billing, and receipts with care
  • You help design our guest information materials, such as menus or the morning newsletter
  • You work closely with all departments to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests
  • You will work with systems such as Fidelio, Hotelkit, Tyngo, and MS Office

Requirements

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

  • Training in the hotel or tourism industry
  • Experience working at the front desk, ideally in an upscale hotel
  • Enjoy working with guests and have a knack for advising and selling
  • Organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Very good German (C2) and good English (at least B2)
  • A well-groomed appearance, a positive demeanor, and strong communication skills
