• Active involvement in the creation and development of a new brand, including a new hotel concept —from concept to implementation
• Developing high-performing creatives (ads, visuals, storytelling)
• The development of smart workflows and systems (e.g., content automation, lead flows, CRM processes, AI agents)
• You will be responsible for our entire social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) and build a strong community
• Expansion into international markets (e.g., Germany, Austria, Switzerland; Benelux; Scandinavia, etc.) 
• The expansion of group travel and incentive programs, as well as inspiring collaborative marketing
• Data-Driven Work – Analyze, Optimize, Scale

• The integration of marketing, sales, and e-commerce—with a focus on measurable success

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM …

• Training or degree in marketing, sales, tourism, or communications
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel marketing, sales, or tourism
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, guest behavior, and sales strategies
• A keen sense of branding, visual language, storytelling, and high-converting creative assets
• Experience in campaign development and content creation
• Confident use of social media platforms, performance marketing, and analytics tools
• Extensive expertise in using AI tools and a desire to utilize agents
• Understanding Data, KPIs, and Performance Optimization
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM/GEO is a plus
• Excellent written and spokenEnglish and German skills
