• The creative marketing and active sale of our hotel offers - from rooms and gastronomy to our wide range of additional services
• Expanding new international markets and maintaining valuable sales contacts at home and abroad
• The development of exciting group & incentive offers as well as inspiring cooperation marketing
• Supporting and developing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube ...) - with fresh ideas and authentic content
• The planning and implementation of online and offline campaigns - including content creation, performance evaluation and plenty of room for creativity
• The conception of target group-oriented sales campaigns based on our CRM system
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships and collaborations
• Active participation in the development of a professional revenue management system that lays the foundation for future growth
• Maintaining our master data and systems - because good sales & marketing only works with a clean basis
• Close cooperation with the management and all operational teams - together we ensure a smooth process and delighted guests

YOU SCORE PROFESSIONAL POINTS WITH THAT..

• Successfully completed commercial training (vocational, middle or high school), degree in communication sciences or adequate training in the field of reservations, sales or marketing
• Creative flair for brand presence, visual language and trends
• Confident handling of PMS, OTA platforms and marketing analysis tools
• SEM and SEO knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, reservations or hotel marketing
• Very good command of written and spokenEnglish and German
• National and/or international experience in the leisure & holiday tourism sector
• New Media IT skills
