WE ENTRUST YOU WITH…

• The creative marketing and active promotion of our hotel offerings—from rooms and dining to our wide range of additional services
• The development and launch of a new brand under our umbrella brand—new product, new concept, new brand
• Planning and executing online and offline campaigns—including content creation, performance analysis, and plenty of room for creativity
• Expansion into international markets (Scandinavia, Benelux, the CEE region, and the U.S.)
• The development of exciting group and incentive programs, as well as inspiring collaborative marketing initiatives
• Managing and developing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)—with fresh ideas and authentic content
• Planning and executing online and offline campaigns—including content creation, performance analysis, and plenty of room for creativity
• Designing target-audience-oriented sales campaigns based on our CRM system 
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships and collaborations
• Active involvement in developing a professional revenue management system that lays the foundation for future growth
• Maintaining our master data and systems – because effective sales and marketing rely on a solid foundation
• We work closely with management and all operational teams—together, we ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests have a wonderful experience 

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (vocational school, secondary school, or high school), a degree in communication studies, or equivalent training in reservations, sales, or marketing
• A creative flair for brand identity, visual language, and trends
• Proficient use of PMS, OTA platforms, and marketing analytics tools
• SEM and SEO skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or hotel marketing
• Excellent written and spokenEnglish and German
• National and/or international experience in the leisure and holiday tourism sector
• New Media IT Skills
