Sauna Attendant (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a SPA ALLROUNDER (m/f/d). Do you love promoting well-being, delighting guests, and playing an active role in the spa area? Then join the STOCK DIAMOND SPA team at the STOCK resort. As a spa all-rounder, you’ll be the central point of contact for our guests and ensure that relaxation, cleanliness, and service go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities

With us, you’ll be the heart of our spa—bringing a broad perspective, warmth, and organizational skills:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the pool and sauna facilities
• Preparation and performance of steam treatments, body scrubs, and wellness rituals
• Supervising and maintaining cleanliness throughout the sauna, pool, and sunbathing areas
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and pool standards
• Active guest support and guidance – you are the first point of contact and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Appointment scheduling for spa treatments and services
• Active product sales & cross-selling of high-quality spa products
• Shared responsibility for implementing the SPA concept, as well as for maintaining order, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene 

Your Profile

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• An open-minded attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive for personal growth
• A neat, professional appearance
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a love for interacting with guests
• Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
• Professional experience in the wellness industry and training as a sauna attendant are preferred
• Swimming and lifeguard training is a plus
• Knowledge of SPA software such as TAC and the Protel hotel management system is a plus
