Residential Electrician (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team with a BUILDING TECHNICIAN (m/f/d) 

Your Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all technical systems and equipment
• Ensuring the operational safety and functionality of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Quick and efficient resolution of technical issues
• Close collaboration within the technical and facilities team 

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electrician
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the hospitality industry 
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Computer skills are a plus
• Reliability, the ability to work well with others, and the ability to work independently
• good written and spoken German
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
