Your responsibilities

As a cosmetologist with us, you’ll be the go-to person for beauty and well-being—with the freedom to provide personalized guest care and the highest level of professionalism in the spa: 

• Professional facial and body treatments, baths, body scrubs, manicures, and pedicures
• Personalized, warm service and advice for our guests
• Active product sales and targeted cross-selling
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in your cabin
• Shared responsibility for maintaining a neat and tidy appearance throughout the entire spa area

Your Profile

You impress not only with your professional skills, but also with your personality—with a genuine passion for wellness, high standards of quality, and a love for working with people:

• Completed vocational training as a state-certified/recognized cosmetologist
• Professional and technical expertise, ideally in a hotel of a comparable category
• A friendly, open-minded person with a genuine sense of hospitality and a passion for their work
• A well-groomed appearance & a confident demeanor
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a clear focus on the well-being of our guests
• Excellent German and good English skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Knowledge of Maria Galland, QMS, or Ligne St. Barth products is a plus
