Description
As a restaurant associate, you’ll be a warm and welcoming host, ensuring that our guests feel completely at ease from their first morning coffee through to a cozy dinner. With attentiveness, friendliness, and an intuitive understanding of our guests’ needs, you’ll guide them through the culinary delights at the Inntalerhof.
Your Responsibilities
- Warm and professional service for our hotel guests
- Serving breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner
- Preparing and managing the respective service areas, mise en place tasks, and setting tables
- Providing expert advice to our guests on food and beverages
- Taking orders and serving them professionally, including wine service
- Independently managing your own service station
- Attentively addressing individual guest requests and dietary restrictions
- Ensuring a clean and inviting restaurant environment
- Adhering to our quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen, front desk, and the entire hotel team
Requirements
You enjoy hosting guests, are open and warm toward people, and can keep a clear head even during busy moments. Attentiveness, reliability, and a well-groomed appearance come naturally to you.
Training or professional experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is a plus. However , what’s especially important to us is your hospitality mindset, your positive attitude, and your passion for creating special vacation moments for our guests.
Our shared goal: to ensure thatguests feel warmly welcomed, personally attended to, and well cared for —from the first “Good morning” at breakfast to the last drink of the evening.
