Description
You will support the restaurant management in day-to-day operations, work shifts independently, and fully cover for management on their days off. This position is specifically intended for ambitious front-of-house staff in secondary roles who are ready to take the next step—with clear career advancement opportunities within our company.

The Inntalerhof is a fourth-generation, family-run 4-star panoramic hotel located 1,200 meters above the Inn Valley in Mösern near Seefeld: 71 rooms, suites, and vacation apartments; Tyrolean ¾-board, two à la carte restaurants (9ers and Tiroler Stub’m), Pizzeria 9ers Pizza, INN Bar with panoramic terrace, wellness area with pool and saunas, seminar space for up to 80 people. Tasks
- Act as a substitute for the restaurant manager during their absence, including supervising staff and overseeing daily operations
- Independently managing shifts in the main restaurant, 9ers, Tiroler Stub’m, 9ers Pizza, and on the patio
- Station management and active engagement with guests
- Assisting with scheduling, ordering, and apprentice supervision
- Implementation and monitoring of service standards
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry, at least 3 years of service experience in an upscale setting
- Some leadership or shift management experience is a plus, but not required—motivation and attitude are what count
- Reliable, able to handle pressure, well-groomed, and a genuine passion for serving guests
- German C1, English B1+; unrestricted access to the Austrian job market

Employment & Salary
2500 € gross / month
Salary range: €2,500 – €2,900 gross/month (14×), depending on qualifications and experience; based on a 5-day workweek. Minimum wage under the Tyrol Hotel and Hospitality Collective Bargaining Agreement (effective October 1, 2026): €2,395.00 gross per month; we are willing to pay above market rates.
