Welcome to Matreier Tauernhaus, our family-run hotel with a history dating back to 1207—featuring 35 rooms and à la carte dining, nestled in the majestic mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Serving our guests in the restaurant and on the patio
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Independently managing a service station
- Handling payments and billing (collection)
- Working closely with the kitchen and team
What should you bring to the table?
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with guests
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Good German language skills
