Hello there!
Are you a warm and welcoming host* with an eye for detail who makes sure our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive? Do you work in an organized manner, stay calm even in stressful situations, and enjoy providing professional service? Then you’re the perfect fit for us—as a server at Hotel Walserberg!
The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on June 10, 2026, and is expected to run through September 25, 2026.
Your role on the team
- You manage your station with energy and ease, always keeping an eye on your guests.
- With your confident demeanor, you ensure a smooth service flow and serve as the point of contact for our guests.
- You’re comfortable using Orderman and similar systems, and booking and processing orders are no challenge for you.
- Cleanliness at the stations and in the restaurant is important to you and a given.
- For you, mise en place isn’t just a small town in southern France—it’s an essential part of your work that you take care of yourself.
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Do you have professional experience in the catering/hotel industry?
- Do you like to organize, think for yourself and can motivate and lead your team?
- Your wine and beverage knowledge is impressive?
- Are you a host with heart, strong communication skills and service-oriented?
- Do you have a good feel for guests, a confident manner and an eye for detail?
- Your personal responsibility and initiative make you exceptional?
- Do you value cleanliness, quality and a professional appearance - for yourself and your team?
- Are you fluent in German and English? Any other language is a bonus
